  • Managers are appraised one month before the course, by a questionnaire sent to their teams (180°)
  • Inter active training with a quick test every 3 hours (using an electronic device)
  • Each participant wears a badge during the training sessions indicating his/her weak points.

Optimise your team’s performance
  • Define individual objectives: performance and results
  • Set up a simple system of indicators
  • Understand how expectations are influenced by culture
Focus on how to reach the objectives rather than on the final results
  • Identify everyone’s degree of professionalism. Who does what and how?
  • Share success
  • Analyse the differences between your self-evaluation and the evaluation (180°) done by your team.
  • Set up an action plan

Learn how to coach your team
  • Improve poor performances and reverse the tendency
  • Foster a positive attitude in the international team
